Celebrate Kenna & James | Engaged | Sugar Land Engagement Photographer

I’ve been looking forward to this shoot with Kenna and James for a while, and it did not disappoint.  They’ll be getting married next summer after James graduates from the Naval Academy, so it was my good fortune to photograph him in uniform.  And any couple that suggests a Starbuck’s break mid-shoot is a winner in my book ;)

They didn’t seem at all surprised when I suggested this shot.  I mean really, I had to – it would have just been plain silly not to…

i ADORE this photo.  i told them when i took it, and it’s even better big.  every now and then i like a photo so much that i want to hang it on my own wall, even if it’s not of my family. is that strange?

kenna is seriously stunning. she’s going to make a beautiful bride.
