Maybe they’ve spent too much time around...

Just My Kids @ the Houston Zoo | Houston Child Photographer

Yesterday was a glorious day for the zoo!  We’re learning about creation in our homeschool pre-school –  so even though we go to the zoo all the time, I made a special point to talk about all the different creatures that God created.  Kate agreed that God made the elephants, giraffes, and monkeys, but she...

All around the WORLD

Once upon a time I was a news junkie.  I loved having access to the Asscociated Press and Reuters feeds, and I excelled at filing away all the random tidbits to pull for later conversation.  Now that I have less time to read the headlines all day, I cherish the time I get to read...

I like that pic of Andy. You should submit your articles and pictures to them now! I have an idea. You can write an article on the working journalist mother and what reality feels like when you travel sometimes having to bring the whole family and make your first trip to Lubbock!!!!

    Great pic of Andy!

Sad

I’m sad that I’ve been such a sorry blogger, but I must say that it’s been kind of nice not adding one more thing to the “to do” list.   Lots going on at LWP and the watson house, including a slew of living room sessions, birthdays (mine and jack’s), and an attempt at doing sessions...

Lemon Blossoms | Sienna Plantation Family Photographer

Since I’m on a new “healthy living” eating/exercise plan, I thought I’d share these yummy morels here instead of cosuming them.  I made Lemmon Blossoms for a family get-together, and I love that they’re not your typical dessert. Plus they’re super easy.  Down-side – they’re bite-sized, quickly consumed, delicious, and while your tummy will thank...
