Charlie’s senior session was my last session of 2018, and it was such a special way to end the year! First, it was exactly 10 years since my first session with Charlie when he was just 7. His mom, Karla, has long been one of my greatest cheerleaders, and I’m so darn grateful for her encouragement over the last 10 years. Second, I got to shoot my last session of the year in my favorite city – Austin – with my favorite assistant – my husband – by my side. Third, Charlie and his dad were up for anything, including meandering down 6th street and doing an epic roof-top shoot to capture Charlie’s love of racing his car. Fourth, Spider-Man. Just take a look. For a second I thought I was on Hollywood Blvd in LA instead of Congress Ave. I’m sharing some throwbacks and behind the scenes at the end of the post, so scroll all the way to the end!
I’m thrilled for Charlie and all that’s ahead for him, if not a little nervous about how fast he can drive. ;)
