Celebrate Emily and Tommy | Married! | Sugar Land wedding photographer

I’ve looked forward to Tommy and Emily’s wedding for some time – and not just because I got to fly to St. Augustine to shoot it!  Tommy’s family are good friends, and I loved getting to celebrate with them.  Plus, Tommy and Emily’s love for one another is contagious, and you can’t help but be thrilled for them and their future together.  Obviously, I had a hard time narrowing down the images for this post, and I had to include the picture of Emily’s bridesmaid gifts — TOMS shoes :)  I’m a fan.

Emily got ready in the rectory next to the church and inside was this gorgeous turquoise chair that I wanted to steal and bring back to Texas with me.  I had to make sure to use it after the ceremony with her and Tommy.  Emily wore her mom’s wedding dress and was just stunning all day, while she and Tommy walked down the aisle, I had visions Julie Andrews and Christopher Plummer in Sound of Music!

Tommy and Emily  (and all your families)  it was such a treat to be with you on April 10th.
